Senior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (f/m/d)

We are seeking an exceptionally proactive, discreet, and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide seamless and comprehensive support to one of our Co-CEOs. This is a crucial role for a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and requires minimal guidance or input.

Requirements

• Strategic and proactive calendar management
• Coordinate domestic/international travel
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and pre-reads
• Manage communications (email, calls, texts)
• Manage, reconcile, and submit detailed expense reports
• Handle personal logistics (appointments, reservations, gifts sourcing, events planning)
• Work seamlessly with the Co-CEO’s existing support team
