Job Description
We’re making our first Business Operations hire to help Alex run like a machine as we scale. We’re looking for a cracked generalist who’s hungry enough to do everything and humble enough to do anything. This is a high-agency, high-context role at the center of the company.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience, ideally in B2B SaaS in operations, biz ops, or GTM
- Startup and founder mindset - high ownership with little direction
- Experience building processes from scratch using best practices from other companies
- Open and direct communication style
- Relentless ability to prioritize, execute, and stay focused in a chaotic environment
- Believes that AI will fundamentally change how companies hire (and wants to lead in that change)
- Energized to work alongside our ambitious team in SF
