Cogent is an Applied AI Lab building the next generation of AI agents for cybersecurity. The company is seeking a Business Operations Associate to work directly with company leadership on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, or early-stage startup / founder roles
• Highly comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal structure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent judgment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-builder who works well across technical and non-technical teams
• High ownership mindset with a bias towards action
