A global web data collection and analysis platform is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to grow a new desktop game launcher. The role involves leading end-to-end campaigns across various platforms, rigorously testing hypotheses, optimizing for user acquisition and retention, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in performance marketing for B2C software
- 3+ years of proven experience in gaming performance marketing for B2C software
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok
- Strong track record driving traffic from Tier-1 geos
- Advanced analytical skills with marketing analytics tools
- Experience building and optimizing CPA/CPI campaigns
- English C1+
- Working knowledge of Telegram, Reddit, Discord, or Twitch
- Experience with micro- and nano-influencer marketing
- Understanding of gamer psychology and community trends
