Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in performance marketing for B2C software
- 3+ years of proven experience in gaming performance marketing for B2C software
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok
- Strong track record driving traffic from Tier-1 geos (US, UK, Germany, France)
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
- Experience building and optimizing CPA/CPI campaigns
- English C1+
- Experience with Telegram, Reddit, Discord, or Twitch
- Experience with micro- and nano-influencer marketing in the gaming niche
- Deep understanding of gamer psychology and community trends
- Experience collaborating with indie game developers and small studios
- Experience with affiliate or arbitrage traffic
