Requirements
- Strong mechanical and electrical engineering technical competency
- Experience with key manufacturing processes including assembly, bonding, and fixings
- Proficiency in CAD packages such as Solid Edge, Teamcenter, and AutoCAD LT, as well as engineering drawings
- Demonstrable success in a similar role with a track record of achievements
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineering, including Pre-Production Readiness, CapEx, daily problem-solving, data analysis, and managing changes into production operations
- Project management experience
- Problem-solving skills using structured methodologies such as A3, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including production operations
- Change management skills to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
- High IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as QMS and ERP systems
