Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering technical competency
• Experience with key manufacturing processes including assembly, bonding, and fixings
• Proficiency in CAD packages such as Solid Edge, Teamcenter, and AutoCAD LT, as well as engineering drawings
• Demonstrable success in a similar role with a track record of achievements
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineering, including Pre-Production Readiness, CapEx, daily problem-solving, data analysis, and managing changes into production operations
• Project management experience
• Problem-solving skills using structured methodologies such as A3, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including production operations
• Change management skills to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
• High IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as QMS and ERP systems
