Job Description
Morgan Advanced Materials is a global organization with 70 sites in 18 countries, seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize processes, ensure top-tier product quality, and drive efficiency across production lines.
Requirements
- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and relevant computer programs
- Experience with injection moulding processes/equipment
- Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, and ERP systems
- A passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation
