Job Description
The Alexander Technology Group is partnered with a long-time client to identify an entry level Help Desk Tech. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in Merrimack Valley as they expand their book of business and add new clients.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US for any Employer without restriction or expiration
- No third-party candidates will be considered for this role
- Because this position requires on site attendance, only applicants currently local to MA or NH will be considered
- Windows desktop applications
- Use of ticketing system and proficiency with various hardware and software support
- Active Directory understanding of user accounts, creating, resetting passwords
- Familiar with Microsoft 365
- Experience with a Ticketing System
- Remote management tools such as Logmein or Autotask
