Job Description
Alexander Technology Group is seeking multiple IT Support Technicians to assist with a Windows 11 upgrade project for our client in southern NH. This is a 6-month onsite contract. Key responsibilities include providing desktop support and troubleshooting for end users during the Windows 11 upgrade, assisting with deployment, imaging, and setup of Windows 11 machines, and supporting day-to-day IT needs for project users.
Requirements
- Basic helpdesk / desktop support experience
- Prior experience with Windows 10/11 upgrades or migrations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation
