Operations Engineer

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to join our Operation Center team, responsible for providing pro-active first fix and after-sales support to our customers. The role includes 24*7 coverage and requires a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a relevant field.

Requirements

• Receive, analyze and resolve/escalate any raised problem concerning customer requests or other kind of service failure or outage.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and company operation and support organization.
• Execute planned technical and monitoring tasks as required by operation management.
• Make use of the ticketing system, to inform involved stakeholders (internal or external) upon customers’ requests
