This Service Advisor position in the UAE focuses on ensuring excellent customer service by completing job cards accurately, coordinating with a supervisor, and providing repair approvals. Requirements
- Perform write-up of job cards (including customer information).
- Coordinate with the Foreman to determine work volume.
- Obtain customer signatures for job cards.
- Review customer service history for warranty/payment coverage.
- Advise the customer on vehicle performance.
