Conceives, investigates, evaluates, and makes recommendations for new equipment, tooling and processes to improve safety, reliability, capacity and reduce costs. Performs CNC Programming of complex Aerospace components, analysis, design, and/or assembly related to manufacturing or industrial engineering projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience, or 5+ years of experience
- 3 + years of CNC machinist experience
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternative solutions
- CAD/CAM CNC Mill programming of complex aerospace components
- Proficiency in NX or Mastercam preferred
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office programs and Windows operating system
- Ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced growing and dynamic business
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
