Job Description
Conceives, investigates, and makes recommendations for new equipment, tooling, and processes to improve safety, reliability, capacity, and reduce costs. Performs CNC Programming of complex Aerospace components and analyzes manufacturing or industrial engineering projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience, or 5+ years of experience
- 3 + years of CNC machinist experience
- Proficiency in NX or Mastercam
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternative solutions
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
