We are building the compliance and alignment layer for enterprise AI and are looking for an AI Customer Success Director to lead the successful adoption and expansion of our platform within strategic enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, customer success, or transformation programs in AI, data, or digital compliance domains
- Proven track record leading large-scale technology rollouts or digital transformation programs within Tier-1 financial institutions
- Background in management consulting or enterprise AI program management is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong relationship-building skills and credibility with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Ability to bridge technical, business, and compliance conversations fluently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments
