Alinia is building the compliance and alignment layer for enterprise AI. We're looking for a Named Accounts Executive to help bring Alinia's mission to life for American financial institutions and enterprises adopting AI at scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, compliance, or data/AI solutions
- Track record of closing deals independently and growing accounts year over year
- Demonstrated success selling into banks, financial institutions, or other regulated industries within the U.S. and/or Europe
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and communicate across technical and business audiences
- Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models
- Experience of creating demand that delivered substantial business value
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred; full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is ideal for this role
