AliveDx is recruiting for a Senior IT Technical Support Analyst to join the IT team based in Eysins, Switzerland. The role is a full-time permanent position working.
Requirements
- Act as a primary point of contact for all internal IT related user queries/issues.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for MS suite of products, PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Audio Video Conferencing system and telecommunication equipment.
- Administer and monitor incoming requests to the Global Service Desk, identifying emerging issues and escalating them in accordance with established protocols.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all operational documentation and IT equipment inventory are consistently reviewed and maintained to reflect current system states.
- Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
- Improve System administration [AD] processes and automate repetitive tasks wherever feasible.
- Actively participate in the technical implementation of Microsoft Service Centre suite at the Global level.
- Document internal procedures and assist IT management to prepare documents for Audit.
- IT Service Desk purchasing.
