Management Consultant - Investigations, Compliance & Privacy

We are a leading global consulting firm seeking a Management Consultant for Investigations, Compliance & Privacy. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in management consulting or private equity, with a focus on compliance-related matters in the financial sector.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in management consulting / Private Equity or in industry, preferably in the financial sector
• Practical experience in advising financial institutions and/or industrial companies on compliance-related matters (e.g. money laundering, sanctions violations, terrorism financing) - preventively, investigatively and/or remedially
• Deep regulatory understanding combined with the ability to assess the impact on companies and develop feasible solutions within a short time that sustainably secure corporate success
• Proven success in leading (part-project) projects with multiple work streams and taking over various areas of work
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in interdisciplinary and international teams
• Very good academic record; Master, Diploma, Promotion or equivalent degree from a leading university
• Fluency in German and English, further foreign languages an advantage
• High travel readiness - hybrid travel model
• Current passport holders, citizenship and/or work permit for Switzerland.
