Job Description
AlixPartners is seeking a UX/UI AI Lead Designer to design user experiences powered by AI, collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams. This role focuses on ensuring consistent and seamless AI interactions with users, aligned with business goals and needs, and leveraging AI-driven features. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- Deep expertise in interaction design, usability principles, and design systems
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with AI prototyping tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours
