Job Description
Equity Methods is seeking a UX Designer to join their Technology and Innovation group, focusing on AI-enhanced product design. The role involves designing intuitive and elegant experiences for web and mobile applications, leveraging Figma, Photoshop, and HTML/CSS, as well as emerging technologies like Midjourney and LLMs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to deliver user-centered designs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong skills in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with Midjourney or similar generative design tools.
- Familiarity with using LLMs for rapid prototyping, ideation, or user story generation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual creativity, and technical fluency.
