Job Description
Aliz is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to lead a team of 7–15 engineers across multiple squads. The role involves guiding engineers through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and maintaining a high level of quality. It’s a hands-on, strategic role that requires mentoring and influencing the team and understanding the customer's needs.
