Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of backend and mobile engineers, collaborating with product and design teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role involves overseeing technical planning, code quality, team capacity, and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. They will also ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong technical background in backend or full-stack development
• Proven experience managing agile teams and delivering complex projects
