This role involves developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing product selection, collaborating with marketing, logistics, and IT, and optimizing the e-commerce website for customer experience and sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce and have experience managing product uploads, promotions, and store optimization.
Requirements
- Establish Standards and Best Practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Track product sales changes using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for organized reporting.
- Oversee key operational tasks, including stock management, category updates, and handling product returns.
- Manage product uploads, build new categories, update product details, and execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports on e-commerce trade performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven insights to understand shopping behaviors and trends.
- Participate in ongoing development and improvement of the website to enhance user experience and site performance.
