Job Description
Blackmores Group is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead the digital commerce strategy for official e-stores and manage end-to-end operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel retail operations.
- Deep understanding of Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs and social commerce channels.
- Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret sales and engagement data to inform strategy.
- Knowledge of livestream commerce trends and emerging social selling techniques.
