Job Description
All 5's Construction is seeking Senior Project Managers to join our Specialties team in Las Vegas, NV! A successful candidate in this role will supervise and develop direct reports, contribute to estimating, and assume overall responsibility for project components and success.
Requirements
- Supervise and develop direct reports on team, including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel
- Contribute to estimating team as required on estimates in order to prepare budgets
- Develops project chart of accounts with cost codes
- Creates Master Project Schedule
- Assumes responsibility for managing all costs, budgets, billings, and financials on the project
- Manages relationships with all project participants
- Manages closeout of all subcontractor contracts
- Performs other duties as assigned
