Job Description
AEI Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding Building Assessment division, working on property condition assessments and energy and ADA audits. The role involves comprehensive assessments and reporting, as well as assisting with construction risk management, with experience in architectural or engineering background preferred. This is a unique opportunity to assess a wide range of commercial projects.
Requirements
- Conduct forensic assessment of major building systems
- Take photos of site and building system conditions
- Conduct basic interviews and research
- Write clear and concise condition and status reports
- Conduct public records research
- Manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
