Requirements
- Developing sales in the B2B channel, combining strategic thinking with daily trading work, using a recognizable brand and a wide range of producers with whom we work responsibly and long-term.
- Building and closing sales: from prospecting (cold/warm) to contract and customer implementation.
- Upselling/cross-selling development at current customers based on data and margin.
- Leading meetings and negotiations (offline/online) – decisions, not "chit-chat".
- Managing the pipeline in CRM + forecast, KPI, weekly report – without unnecessary reporting.
- Cooperation with Marketing and Operations on actions, events, and product premieres.
