Outside Parts Expert

The Outside Parts Expert is a sales position responsible for generating and increasing retail parts sales to customers within their defined Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing
• 5+ years of direct industry experience selling medium and heavy-duty truck parts
• Knowledge of computers
• Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drive train, and suspensions
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Detail oriented
• Ability to understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations
