Requirements

• Perform touch-up and finishing work on completed steel products.
• Prep and clean materials for shipment to customers.
• Operate power tools such as drills, impacts, and grinders safely and efficiently.
• Accurately read a tape measure to 1/16” for marking, cutting, and drilling steel.
• Move, lift, and organize steel, tools, and scrap throughout the yard.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all RoXteel safety guidelines and shop standards.
