Construction Kitter/Laborer

All Things Metal Industries is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kitter/Laborer to join their team. The role involves preparing and assembling materials for specific projects, and supporting general shop operations.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Able to work in the heat and stand for most of the shift
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs. regularly
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16" (non-negotiable skill)
• Basic blue print reading experience a plus
