Allara is a comprehensive women’s health provider seeking an experienced Manager, Onboarding Operations to lead critical operational functions supporting our rapidly growing network of 350+ healthcare providers across all 50 states.

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare operations experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
• Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred)
• Proven track record in operational analytics and KPI management
