Job Description
Essen Health Care is seeking a Director of Operations for Women's Health, Endocrinology, and Nutrition to lead strategic, operational, and financial performance for these specialties. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or service line management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or a clinical field preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or service line management
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex service lines, preferably in Women's Health, Endocrinology & Nutrition specialties
- Proven track record of driving service line growth, enhancing patient experience, and improving operational efficiency
