Human Resources Business Partner (Doors & Windows Business Unit)

Allegion is a global company that specializes in security around the doorway and beyond. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide support to the organization to enable development and engagement for the manufacturing and sales functions. You will work closely with teams people across the organization and will gain a full understanding of how to support the business' strategies through people.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in general Human Resources
• SHRM preferred
• Experience working in a unionized environment preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, Finance, Business, or other related degree
• Strong technological skills, including HRIS experience (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience with employment and labor law
• Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports
