Requirements
- Experience in resource management, workforce allocation or a related role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation and optimisation principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimise resource allocation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and experience in building strategic relationships and fostering trust with lawyers, Partners, and staff.
- Ability to influence and drive culture change, ensuring successful adoption of new work allocation processes and initiatives.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A basic understanding of project and change management principles.
- A strategic perspective, with the ability to think proactively and implement resource management strategies that align with organisational goals.
