Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field, and an accredited qualification in business analysis.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma is desirable.
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, defining epics and user stories, writing and executing test cases, and managing the end-to-end testing process.
- Strong ability to engage and manage technical and business stakeholders, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a professional services environment is preferable.
