Securities & Redemptions Lending Officer

Allica Bank is seeking a Senior Lending Servicing Officer to play a key role in the effective management of post-completion activities, undertaking all relevant post-completion requirements relating to all Allica Lending products.

Requirements

• Strong customer service ethic
• A generic knowledge of the commercial environment and lending pipeline management
• Experience in commercial mortgage lending, with a strong grasp of securities, redemption processes, and post-completion lifecycle
• Confident handling Deeds, Leases, and other in-life lending documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
