Climate & Infrastructure Capital Associate Director, Origination, Dublin

Requirements

• Lead on the analysis of new business transactions from a technical, credit and suitability perspective
• Perform and review financial modelling analysis and run detailed sensitivity analysis
• Lead the credit review process for new business for consideration by the relevant Credit Authority as well as for annual reviews and transaction amendments
• Enhance relationships with new and existing customers with good communication and customer focus
• Form an integral part of the risk management culture in AIB and adherence to codes of conduct, laws and regulation
• Contribute in determination of risk and deal selection strategy
• Contribute to ongoing Credit Risk model development
• Support credit reviews and internal audit engagements for the Climate Capital portfolio
• Manage transactions and help develop more junior staff members
• Communicate the impact and key risks and mitigants associated with same
• Make a difference through strategic lending to circular economy and sustainable businesses
