Excellent customer relationship skills, passionate about delivering the best possible experience, works co-operatively with others, fulfils customer requests, and willing to achieve an APA/QFA qualification

Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and excellent problem-solving abilities

Minimum 3 years of experience in data extraction and reporting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

At least 3 years management experience, Professional Compliance Qualification, and knowledge of AML/CFT regulation

Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, data management, risk management, or technology. Professional qualification in auditing/assurance qualifications or data management/regulatory compliance is preferred

5+ years of experience within a similar area, financial analysis, credit skills, and financial modeling proficiency
