Job Description
We are hiring a Sales & Service Advisor to be based in the South Kerry Region. The role is customer facing and a full time, office-based position. The Service & Sales Advisor plays a key role in ensuring AIB can deliver exceptional service to their customers each day.
Requirements
- Evidence of excellent customer relationship skills, ability to engage with customers and represent AIB with expertise.
- Passionate about delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
- Works co-operatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
- Fulfils customer requests, resolves problems, and responds to customers’ questions through multiple channels.
- Willingness to achieve an APA/QFA qualification as part of this role if not already held.
