Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven Customer Strategy Manager to help shape and drive our understanding of customers across the Personal and Business markets and shape new strategies.
Requirements
- Strong experience (5+ years) in customer strategy, segmentation, insight, or strategic marketing
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation methodologies
- Strategic mindset with a strong ability to synthesise complex data and insight into clear, actionable strategies
- Ability to convert strategy into proposition development and working with cross functional teams to deliver on those propositions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Passionate about customer behaviour, trends, and innovation
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels
