Requirements
- Strategy & Leadership: Plan, develop, and lead a best‐in‐class communications function across the Americas, aligning messaging to corporate strategy and measurable outcomes
- External & Media Relations: Own media relations and serve as spokesperson; field and respond to reporter requests with speed and precision
- Issues, Crisis & Change Management: Lead daily issues/crisis communications with scenario planning, talking points, and rapid cross‐functional coordination
- Internal Communications: Build a top‐quality internal communications program that ensures employees are informed, engaged, and connected to leadership and each other
- Content, Campaigns & Thought Leadership: Develop ideas and opportunities for press releases, feature articles, solution launches, case studies, personnel announcements, social media posts, and executive interviews
