Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a Social Worker III role or a Supervisory role in DSS organizations in NC
- Deep knowledge of NC policy, practice, continuous quality improvement practices, and engagement of adults, their caregivers, and community partners
- Ability to manage change for yourself and others, and support organizational change
- Willingness to travel across NC and flexibility in work hours to meet the needs of the County
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work or Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work, or Master's degree in a human services field and one year of directly related experience, or Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university and two years directly related experience, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of directly related experience
