Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Child Protective Services worker or Supervisor in NC, with forensic training preferred.
• Deep knowledge of NC policy, practice, continuous quality improvement practices, and engagement of families and children.
• Ability to manage change for yourself (flexible, creative, emotionally regulated), assist others in managing change, and support organizational change.
• Will to travel across NC and be flexible in work hours to meet the needs of the County.
• Meet the IATSW requirements outlined below.
