Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role supports both front-office customer interactions and back-of-house warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with a positive and professional attitude.
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
