Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for an additional 6-month extension.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience in a B2B environment
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Sage and Salesforce an asset
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
