Learning & Development Crew Specialist

We are looking for a Learning & Development Crew Specialist to join our Crewing Department in Essen, Belgium. As an L&D Crew Specialist, you will plan and coordinate training courses for crew members worldwide, ensure crew certifications are valid and compliant with regulations, and proactively identify training needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor / MBO degree
• Proven work experience in planning and organizing
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Good command of English language, written and spoken
• Knowledge of certifications and trainings in the maritime sector is an asset
