Allseas Engineering is a world-leading contractor in the offshore energy market. We are looking for a Teamleader Crew Operations to lead and inspire a team of Crew Operations Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Preferably a Bachelor’s or MBO degree in Logistics Management, Tourism or another relevant study (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a team lead or a similar role
• Strong familiarity with crewing logistics in the shipping industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage planning under pressure with strict cut-off timelines
