Lead Schedule Analyst - Integrated Master Scheduler

Alluvionic is seeking a Lead Schedule Analyst to manage integrated master schedules for Special Projects operations. The SA will develop, integrate, and manage the JHU Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), create recurring schedules to support studies, and interface with stakeholders to support strategic data product development. This role requires schedule integration and detailed project communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience using scheduling software tools, including Milestone Professional, Visual Planning, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Must have experience in schedule integration of complex operational and/or infrastructure development projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
