Job Description
Allwhere is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain relationships with active customers. The role involves driving customer usage, contributing to sales, training clients, and resolving issues. This position requires a technically savvy individual with a strong drive for results and commercial sensibility, with a focus on optimizing the customer experience and driving platform adoption.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer sales or customer success
- Consultative mindset with a passion for upselling
- Experience with IT hardware and software a plus
- Experience analyzing and optimizing existing processes in the Customer Success department
- Deep understanding of customers concerns regarding product usage
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Hubspot or other relevant CRM software
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
