Nurse Director/Facility Administrator

The Nurse Director/Facility Administrator is responsible for the direction of patient care activities at Ally Medical, managing staff in the emergency room and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Requirements

• Responsible for direction of the Emergency Room (ER) staff
• Provides direct supervision to front office lead/personnel, RNs, radiology lead/personnel, pharmacy, and their relative managers/supervisors
• Overseas the pharmacy, laboratory and radiology efforts and complies with risk management/quality assurance, environment of care/life safety and infection control
• Demonstrates sound judgement; apply effective written and oral communication skills with all business contacts
• Enforces and ensures compliance with all applicable state, federal and local laws and requirements of agencies as applicable to clinical
