Job Description
Responsible for direction of patient care activities at Ally Medical, managing staff in the emergency room and ensuring compliance with TAC 25 Chapter 131 and state and federal laws.
Requirements

- Providing direct supervision to front office lead/personnel, RNs, radiology lead/personnel, pharmacy, and their relative managers/supervisors
- Overseing pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology efforts and complies with risk management/quality assurance, environment of care/life safety and infection control
- Demonstrating sound judgement and applying effective written and oral communication skills with all business contacts
- Enforcing and ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws and requirements of agencies as applicable to clinical
- Supporting and maintaining confidentiality of patients and company information
- Ensuring proper handling of storage of medical records to ensure compliance of HIPAA regulations and the HITECH Act provision as required by law
